I love the turkey bistro press, it's all I get. We come here a lot and it's a shame they got rid of there kids menus. We were told months ago they will order more menus for the kids so they can color and decide what they want but still months later, nothing. So now every time we come in they are confused about what they even have for kids. One time we ordered Mac n cheese and it was awesome so the next 2 times after that we ordered the same 'kids' Mac n cheese and it wasn't the same at all. It's kinda like one chef knew how to make it and then the other one was clueless and said they didn't even have the cheese we ask for but yet we got it the other time. Same with the beet salad with salmon, 1 time it was perfect but the next couple times it was different, it didn't have the same stuff in it every time.

Meh. I would not come back.
Staff extremely rude. There were two people working but only one was helping people while the other was just cleaning tables and walking around. At one point two ladies came in about 15 minutes before close and were ignored completely by the guy who told everyone, including me, that they closed at 7pm for the 45 minutes I sat.
I arrived at around 6:10 and was informed they close at 7. I sat, ordered a chicken salad sandwich with a side caesar salad and waited. There were about another 4 tables or so - another couple came in around 6:30 with a child and were informed they closed in 30 minutes.
The two ladies came in shortly after and sat beside me - no one greeted them - at all - for about 10 minutes until they walked up when the guy was pretty nasty and said they closed "in 10 minutes". Well they had been sitting for the 10 he had ignored them also.
My sandwich was OK - the chicken salad was good - but the wheat toast was hard as a rock and made biting into it kind'a hard. It was $14 or so with the side but I wouldn't drive across town for it.
The guy cleaning tables and walking around doing other stuff, dressed as a server, was spoken to by the ladies being ignored and said he couldn't help them, only the other guy could take their hot chocolate orders. Those ladies were nice and much more forgiving than me. I'd have left. They didn't and remained friendly to the obviously irritated, rude and grumpy guy serving everyone who was just ready as hell to walk out at 7pm.
I walked up to the counter to pay - and asked him about if the frozen yogurt was good and he completely ignored me. Totally. In fact, no one has been that rude to me openly since my husband and I visited Paris.
I wanted to ask for a sample but he was so brisk when he haded me my check and walked away immediately that I said fuck it and left.
I would never come back. It was awful. -

I used to recommend this location to friends and family as a place to escape from mall traffic. If the service I received today is any indication of the offerings Im most likely going to change my mind. 7 of the 15 tables were empty. I got sat right away and was able to put in my order but after that it was like the waiter forgot I was there. I had the ask multiple times to even get water. 30 minutes after I ordered lunch and I sit alone at a table with nothing but an empty glass of water. The 3 stars I gave was based on previous visits but today deserves nothing more like a single star

Shop and eat!!!
This small cafe is located at Bloomingdale's
third floor it's an indoor dining ideal for savvy shoppers looking to be refreshed before or after shopping.
I've been coming here for the second time. And the food has been consistently good. The first time I came I only ate soup of the day and the freshly baked Garlic herb bread served with honey cinnamon and rosemary butter. Hmm it was soft & fluffy, buttery, and delicious! Must order! My favorite!!!
Today I decided to try their Goat Cheese Salad-$9 large portion for me. It was amazing! It's a baked walnut & sundried tomatoes crusted goat cheese medallions over mixed greens, walnuts, mango, mandarin with mango vinaigrette. Daughter ordered the Turkey sammie in a Ciabatta bread with avocado and tomato and comes with shoestring fries $15 . She ate half and shared with brother-
Overall, great dining experience here and not crowded. Our lady server was nice and friendly and wow they have an extensive menu of delicious options! you can't go wrong with their soups, salads, sandwiches or burgers. Highly recommend this Cafe! So when you tired from shopping and needs to refuel this is the place to go. And sometimes convenience is priceless, especially if you are wearing high heels:)
Decent place, price is fair !
Can't wait to come back.
